India Vs West Indies 2nd ODI: Windies Win Thriller By Two Wickets......!



INDIA INNINGS

It was not the best of starts for India with Rampaul dismissing Rohit Sharma 12 and Dhawan being sent back 35 LBW by Permaul.

Rampaul struck the heart of the Indian batting dismmising the danger men.

Virat Kohli was denied his ton at 99 by Rampaul attempting a huge shot taken by Holder while Raina was dismissed at 24 by Rampaul.

Yuvraj Singh added 28 runs before being dismissed by Sammy.

Dhoni and Ashwin escallated the score by some brilliant knocks.

Ashwin 19 was dismissed by Holder attempting a reverse shot behind the wickets to Charles.

Dhoni played a captains knock and was not out at 51.

Jadeja added 10 runs before Rampaul getting him clean bowled.



The new batsman Kumar was not out at 1 with India piling 288-7 in their allotted 50 overs match.




WEST INDIES INNINGS

West Indies showed a lot of character in their batting building quick partsnerships with Darren Sammy emerging the Man of the Match in today's nail biting finish.

Powell 59 and Bravo 50 led well the Windies attack.

Simmons 62 and Sammy 63 n.o ensured West Indies were on the right track.

Charles 12 and DJ Bravo 18 contributed well to the score. Holder 7 was dismissed by Shami attempting a bold shot.

India showed some fielding lapses with Bravo being dropped on three ocassion and Dhawan failing to see the ball as Sammy hit a four as the game drew to a end..

Kumar, Ashwin and Shami claimed two wickets each while Jadeja and Sharma had to be content with one wicket.
