Pakistan Vs South Africa: Proteas Lift Series With Six-Wicket Win

Benoni: Keeping Up The Tradition Of Losing The Decisive Match Of The Series, Pakistan Were Beaten By South Africa In The Fifth One Day International By Six Wickets.

South African captain AB de Villiers made the most of the chance given by the opponents in the early overs of the match and scored a match winning, unbeaten 95 runs of 111 balls.

Earlier, Pakistan gave the Proteas a target of 206 runs as their batting order collapsed and none of their batsmen could make it to even fifty and Kamran Akmal remained the top-scorer with 48 runs.

Pakistan last beat Australia in 2002 in a final match of a series, and have been consistent since then the other way round.
